Crystals and shops commands

Command	Action
`/balance [player]` (`/bal`)	Check your balance or another player’s balance.
`/pay <player> <amount>`	Send crystals to another player.
`/baltop [currency]`	View the balance leaderboard.
`/shop`	List your chest shops.
`/shop toggle`	Toggle shop notifications.
`/shop info` (`/shopinfo`)	Inspect a shop.
`/shop access`	Toggle between trading at shops whose stock you can open and managing your own shops.
`/shop iteminfo [item]`, `/iteminfo [item]`	Describe the held item or a named material.
`/plot`, `/plot list`, `/plot rent <id>`, `/plot renew <id>`	Find, rent, or renew a market plot.
`/plot confirm`, `/plot cancel`	Confirm or cancel a packed-shop placement preview.
`/plot reissue <id>`	Reissue a packed shop through mail.
