Tracks and perks
Tracks unlock abilities you buy with crystals. Use /perks to see your levels and next prices, and /perks info <track> to inspect a track before choosing. Buy its next level with /perks buy <track>; repeat the command within 30 seconds to confirm.
Your first purchase selects your primary track. Other tracks cannot rise above its level, and changing the primary requires an administrator reset. Choose the one you want to lead with care. Levels must be bought in order, and after any purchase there is a 24-hour wait before buying another level in any track.
| Track ID | What it opens up |
|---|---|
shopkeeper |
Chest shops and market features. |
mechanic |
Switches, structures, special pistons and Stargates. |
engineer |
The in-game track describes farm permits and automation. |
spellcaster |
Higher tiers of spells. |
governor |
Founding and expanding a town. |
Choose Shopkeeper to trade, Mechanic to build interactive structures, Spellcaster for magic, or Governor to grow a town. You can buy into the other tracks later, but your primary sets their level ceiling. Check the track reference and in-game descriptions before purchasing Engineer.
Compare levels in the track reference before buying.
The base prices for levels I–V are 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 crystals. The first track uses those prices; tracks started second through fifth cost 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 times the base respectively. Check /perks for your actual next price and any purchase restrictions.
For practical unlocks, see mechanisms, spells, and Stargates. The track description shown in game is a summary; the mechanism and spell guides list their configured levels.
