Chat, mail, and help

Chat channels let you talk to the whole server or a smaller group. Use /channels to see the channels available to you, and /channels hide <channel> or /channels show <channel> to control what you see. /g selects Global and /war selects War chat. Town members can use Town chat.

Use /msg <player> <message> for a private message to an online player and /r <message> to reply. /ignore <player> hides a player’s chat; /unignore <player> reverses it. Hiding a channel changes what you see, not which channel you send to.

Global chat is also relayed to Discord. Choose a private message when you want to address one player, and avoid sharing sensitive information in chat or mail. Staff cannot be ignored.

Use /mail to see your mail and collect deliveries. If a delivery cannot fit, make room and claim it again; excess items are kept in mail. Where letters are enabled, send one with /mail send <player> <text>, including to an offline player, and read or reply using the options shown in your mailbox. Linked players can also send letters from Discord. A full inbox refuses new letters.

Use /guide for the welcome guide, /rules for server rules, and /help to find commands. /help <command> shows usage for a command. If you need staff help, use the ticket command in game or the linked Discord channel.
